What Is Vaseline?

This is why Vaseline is often used for dry lips, cracked skin or cuticles. It helps prevent moisture from escaping, but it does not absorb deeply into the skin or deliver active ingredients to hair follicles.

Does Vaseline Grow Eyelashes?
