  1. Remove makeup with an oil-free remover or cleanser.
  2. Apply one stroke of serum to the upper lash line with eyes closed. One dip is enough for both eyes.
  3. For best results, apply in the PM and allow to work overnight. If using in the AM, ensure it has fully dried before makeup.

    Excellent lash serum/

    Been using the lash serum for a few years now with excellent results. I doubt I could live with out it.
