Grow Stronger Introductory Promo T&Cs
Now and then UK Skinlabs Ltd. (“UKLASH”) will offer promotional codes at points of sale (either directly or via third parties) providing discounts on the full price of products. UKLASH has the right to further reduce the price of products and is unable to refund any difference to customers.
This promotion is available for customers who have previously shopped our hair care range and applies to their first purchase from the new Grow Stronger collection, offering a 15% discount on one-time purchases and a 30% discount on the first charge of a subscription.
The Grow Stronger Introductory promotion runs from 7 am GMT Wednesday, September 4th 2024 until 11:59 pm GMT Friday, September 6th 2024. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions:
- This offer applies to the first purchase or subscription taken out on uklash.com or uklash.es that includes the Grow Stronger range, between 7 am GMT Wednesday, September 4th 2024 until 11:59 pm GMT Friday, September 6th 2024.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotion codes and does not apply to any existing subscriptions that have started before 7 am GMT Wednesday, September 4th 2024 or after 11:59 pm GMT Friday, September 6th 2024.
- All orders and subscriptions must be placed and paid for within the promotional period to be eligible for the discount.
- This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders or subscriptions
- UKLASH reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
- Refunds from purchases made within the aforementioned period of the promotion will take into account the discount.
- Any partial refunds or adjustments will be made according to our standard refund policy.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
