Shipping Delays Notice

Please place your order on or before December the 21st by 1pm for delivery in time for Christmas.

For Standard Delivery, the last shipping day is December 22nd by 3 pm (Please kindly note standard delivery may not arrive before Christmas).

Please note that our warehouse will be closed, and no shipments will be processed between December 23rd to the 27th, as well as from December 29th, 2023 through to January 1st, 2024.

Work the 28th Dec(Thursday) between Christmas and New Year
Commence back to work on the 2nd Jan (Tuesday)
Last posting day will be 21st for Next Day Couriers cut off time 1pm.

Free Delivery option
Shipping may be slightly delayed for any orders placed in November and December due to a surge in orders during this period. During Black Friday and December it might take up 72 business hours for your order to be dispatched. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, we are trying our absolute best to ensure that everyone gets their order as soon as possible. 

Next Business Day delivery (UK) & Express Shipping (ROW)
If you would like a guaranteed delivery time we recommend that you select Express Shipping / Next Business Day (UK) delivery at checkout. Please kindly note that delivery time is from the day of dispatch, not from the day of order placement.

Note: Due to holidays no orders are dispatched between 26th - 29th of December and 2nd of January. Normal processing resume 3rd of January 2024.
