1. Remove makeup with an oil-free remover or cleanser

2. Apply one stroke of the serum to your upper lash line with your eyes closed. One dip is sufficient for both eyes

    I’ve been using the serum for about 10 weeks. I have noticed an improvement in the length and fullness of my lashes, Not as much as some people have mentioned, but still a definite improvement.

    I have very fair lashes which were difficult to see before.
