Important: Don't do multiple applications or double dips. Using more than instructed will not give you quicker results. One dip into the bottle is enough for both eyes. Patch testing is always recommended prior to use. 

Uklash should not be applied directly to the lower lash line. When you apply Uklash to your upper lash line, the serum will itself be transferred to your lower your lower lashes when you blink. Therefore we recommend you to only apply it to your upper lash line. 

After full 12 weeks use (your first bottle), you should go over to maintenance mode and apply 2-3 times per week to maintain the health of your lashes.

Yes it does! However you must be patient and consistent. The time before you see results can vary as it depends on what growth cycle stage your lashes are at when you starting to use the product. It normally takes between 3-12 weeks to see good results. If you don't achieve any results after consistent use of 12 weeks you have right to claim for money-back guarantee (read more under "Other"). It is very important that you use the product correctly as instructed.

Once you have achieved your desired results we recommend you use UKLASH 3-4 times a week to maintain your lashes. If you stop using UKLASH your lashes will return to their natural state.

UKLASH is actually great to use if you wear lash extensions. The weight and the glue from extensions can cause take its toll on natural lashes, causing breakage and loss. Use UKLASH to complement your lash extensions, as it strengthens your natural lashes so you can enjoy your extensions longer. You can even transition to natural lashes if you want to, UKLASH is that powerful!

Yes you can! However we recommend using our UkBrow Eyebrow Serum for optimal results on brows. Please make sure that your eyebrows are free from any oil, dirt or make-up before applying.

Yes! UKLASH is safe to use. However, as with any cosmetic product, some may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use.

Patch testing is always recommended. Apply a small amount of the serum to a small area, such as a corner of your forehead, behind your ear or the side of your neck. There should be no other products on the skin so that you can properly test this product. Wait around 24 hours to see if you have any skin sensitivity.

Remove any makeup, clean the upper eyelids and remove you contact lenses before application, if applicable.

UkLash is safe to use if you remove your contact lenses in the evening before you go to bed as that's when you should apply the serum, meaning if you wear your contact lenses during day time then that's OK. Product has not been tested on people that wear or sleep with contact lenses 24H.

Yes! However UKLASH should be applied on eyelids that are clean and free of dirt, oil, and make-up. So apply the serum first and wait until it’s fully dried before putting on make-up or additional beauty products.

No way! We LOVE animals. UKLASH has not been tested on animals and never will.

Like most other beauty products, UKLASH has not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Therefore we are unable to comment on the safety of use while you are pregnant or nursing. We advise that you speak to your medical practitioner first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

UK: Free Delivery for standard shipping. £6.99 for next business day shipping.

International: Free delivery for standard shipping to most destinations (due to covid this service is suspended to some countries). We do offer Express shipping at an additional cost. For any orders above £80 we offer free Express shipping.

From 2nd of Feb 2021:

All orders to EU addresses will be delivered with all duties and taxes paid by us. No additional custom fees will apply when you receive your package, it's all included in the price.

Important:  In order for your order to be processed correctly with delivered duty paid (DDP), please make sure the correct SHIPPING TO country is selected.  If you do not select the correct shipping to country in the top left corner then your order will not be processed through the correct system.

We normally use Royal Mail for all our free delivery shipments. For UK next Business Day delivery we use DPD. If the shipment is going outside the UK and if you have selected FREE delivery then your package will be handled and delivered by your national postal services once arrived in your country. For International Express deliveries it will be delivered by DHL.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once it has been paid for as they are automatically processed for dispatch. You can return your order once received

Yes. Within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is sealed and in a resalable condition. If you want to return your order just make sure to contact us first to get return instructions.

You can cancel your subscription at any time on our website’s account portal or by emailing us at contact@uklash.com with the email address and full name you used to sign up with.

Changes to your account will take place from the time UkLash confirms in written correspondence to you.

Please ensure that you allow three business days for your subscription to be cancelled. Once your subscription fee has been deducted from your account and the order has been processed, we will not be able to intercept your parcel or provide a refund.

To change the frequency, simply email contact@uklash.com and our team will happily assist you.

You do not automatically get an account when you place an order or sign up for subscription. You must register to create an account, click here to register.
