I took 2 capsules every day with breakfast for 3 months. After 2 months I had less shedding, this was definitely noticeable when brushing my hair. My hair feels healthier, stronger and has a nice shine to it.
I was losing a lot of hair before I started this trial, I had noticeable areas of balding and these have started to fill back out with new hairs.

I was hopeful this would help with my ongoing hair shedding problem, but unfortunately after 3 months of daily use, this is still a big issue for me and I haven’t found anything that helps with this. Still have the same amount of hair loss in the shower and with brushing before and after 3 months.
Tablets have made my hair look and feel shiny, so that’s nice and I do have new hair growth but I did prior to taking them - wouldn’t say it’s anymore than what I already had.
Really wanting something for hair shedding problems - maybe 3 months isn’t long enough to reduce this.

These have definitely made a difference to my hair. It’s thicker and had less breakage. Hair is definitely more shiny and in much better condition. Also seen improvement in growth and thickness. Would recommend.

I've been using their products for over a year now and when they launched the Advanced hair supplements I knew I had to try those too. I experienced hormonal hair thinning at the front and can already see baby hairs growing and filling in the gaps as well as my hair density coming back along with the shine.
