The Super Natural Beauty Club is our way of rewarding your loyalty and love for all things UKLASH.

Every time you shop or complete simple activities; like following us on socials or sharing your birthday, you’ll earn Super points which convert into Super vouchers, to then be used towards future purchases.

Joining the club is simple. Just follow these four simple steps:

1. If you haven’t already, create an account with us and make sure you’re logged in
2. Navigate to The Super Natural Beauty Club section and click the ‘Join Now’ button
3. Fill in your details to submit your membership
4. You’re now ready to start earning and spending Super points and perks! 

Every £1 spent will earn you 1 Super point to be spent towards future purchases. Spend up to £100 to be a part of the club, or over to become a VIP member, unlocking further Super perks for you to enjoy.

You can also refer a Superfriend to boost your balance and earn £10 worth of Super points!

There are two ways to check your balance. 

The easiest is to log into your account and navigate towards The Super Natural Beauty Club homepage where your Super points balance will be displayed. 

Alternatively, you can click on the chat icon at the bottom of this screen and select ‘How many points do I have?’ to see your balance.

If you encounter any issues with accessing or viewing your points balance, you can click on the ‘Contact Us’ button for further assistance. Our customer care team will be happy to help you resolve any issues or inquiries regarding your points balance.

Simply log into your account, head to The Super Natural Beauty Club homepage and find the ‘Refer a Super friend’ button to generate your personalised link. Send it to as many of your loved ones as you like, and every time you recruit a new member, £10 worth of Super points will be added to your account. 

Directly after purchase, all points are marked as pending for 14 days. If your Super friend makes a return within that window, all points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the pending balance.

If you would like to use your Super points towards a purchase you must do so at the time of checkout, before completing your order. Sadly, it isn’t possible to apply Super points towards a purchase you have already made, including those bought before joining The Super Natural Beauty Club.

Your Super points will expire 12 months after purchase, giving you plenty of time to use them towards nourishing your lashes, brows and hair!

However, spend over £100 to become a VIP member, gaining access to exclusive discounts and receiving invitations to Double Points Weekends where purchases will earn you twice the amount of Super points.

Super vouchers are the key to spending your points, and redeeming them is simple.

Once you’re logged in, head to The Super Natural Beauty Club homepage and scroll down to the Super Vouchers section to select the value you would like to redeem. A unique code will be generated, and you can input this at the checkout to spend the points. 

Yes, here are the minimum spend amounts for each redeemable voucher:

£10 Voucher = 100 Points (Min. spend: £40)

£20 Voucher = 200 Points (Min. spend: £40)

£30 Voucher = 300 Points (Min. spend: £60)

£40 Voucher = 400 Points (Min. spend: £80)

£50 Voucher = 500 Points (Min. spend: £100)

• Double-check that the code is correct. Sometimes typos can be easily missed and note that the code is case-sensitive, so make sure to type it exactly as it appears. 
• Has your Super voucher expired? It must be used within 12 months of being generated.
• Is your checkout total over £40? This is the minimum required when spending Super points.
• Make sure the code hasn’t already been used. All vouchers are single-use only and cannot be used on multiple orders.
• Please be aware that points cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or promotional offer.
